THE MINIMUM MONTHLY PAYMENT FOR LAYAWAYS IS DETERMINED BY THE TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE ITEM IN WHICH YOU WISH TO PURCHASE AND IS THEN CALCULATED AS HALF OF THAT TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE

AGAIN 90-DAYS IS AS LONG AS ANY ITEM CAN BE IN LAYAWAY

THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON SPECIAL ORDERS

PLEASE READ AND KEEP THIS DOCUMENT FOR IT SETS FORTH LEGAL PRECEDENCE OF THE CONTRACTUAL  AGREEMENT  BETWEEN YOU THE CUSTOMER AND SAHRAHS AND WILL BE REFERRED TO TIME-TO-TIME AS THE AGREEMENT OR “LAYAWAY AGREEMENT” AND THE TERMS THEREIN WILL INCLUDE ANY CHANGES SAHRAH’S MAY MAKE TO THIS DOCUMENT. SAHRAH’S RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AMEND THIS SPECIFIC AGREEMENT AT OUR DISCRETION BY ADDING, DELETING, OR CHANGING THE PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. ALL AMENDMENTS WILL COMPLY WITH APPLICABLE NOTICE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FEDERAL AND STATE LAW WITHIN THE JURISDICTION AND AFFECT FOR EACH STATE

TERM AND TERMINATION   THE LENGTH OF THIS LAYAWAY IS DETERMINED BY THE TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE ITEMS

SAHRAH’S RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AMEND OR, CANCEL THE LAYAWAY AGREEMENT IF ANY PART OF THE AGREEMENT IS NOT ADHERED TO BY YOU THE CUSTOMER

 

  1. INITIAL PAYMENT MISSED
  2. FORFEITING LAYAWAY   LATE LAYAWAY PAYMENT IS EXTENDED 7 DAYS, THE 8TH DAY ENDS THE LAYAWAY AND IT WILL BE  FORFEITED

 

PAYMENTS   ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE IN U.S. DOLLARS AND THESE ARE THE ACCEPTED FORMS FOR LAYAWAY PURCHASES, THEY MAY INCLUDE CASH MONEY ORDER, CERTIFIED BANK CHECK, DEBIT CARD, OR CREDIT CARD

 

A MINIMUM INITIAL DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED UPON THE ORIGINAL ORDER DATE, SAHRAH’S DETERMINES THE TOTAL PRICING OF ITS PRODUCTS BEGINNING WITH THE INITIAL ORDER DEPOSIT TO INCLUDE ALL REQUIRED PRICING

 

SAHRAH’S ENCOURAGES CUSTOMERS TO PAY ALL OR PART OF YOUR OUTSTANDING BALANCE AT ANY TIME. YOU MUST PAY AT LEAST THE MINIMUM MONTHLY PAYMENT DUE THE FIRST OR FIFTEENTH OF THE MONTH, NO LATER. ANY PAYMENT EXCEEDING THE MINIMUM MONTHLY PAYMENT MAY BE APPLIED TOWARDS THE SUBSEQUENT MONTH’S OUTSTANDING BALANCE

 

LATE PAYMENTS   THE CUSTOMER HAS SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF KEEPING TRACK OF ANY AND ALL PAYMENTS AND SAHRAH’S OFFERS A 7 DAY GRACE PERIOD FOR LATE LAYAWAY PAYMENTS THE 8TH  DAY AFTER THE 2ND GRACE PERIOD, YOUR PAYMENT WILL BE CONSIDERED MISSED AND YOUR LAYAWAY WILL BE FORFEITED

 

FORFEITED LAYAWAY   UPON FORFEITING A LAYAWAY, ANY AND ALL ITEMS WITHIN THE LAYAWAY ORDER WILL BE RETURNED TO STOCK. THE INITIAL DEPOSIT AND ANY SUBSEQUENT PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. A STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED THAT WILL BE EQUAL TO THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID ON YOUR BALANCE THUS FAR, INCLUDING THE INITIAL DEPOSIT. YOUR ORIGINAL TICKET RECEIPT

AND A VALID GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO IDENTIFICATION MUST BE PRESENTED FOR THIS STORE CREDIT TO BE ISSUED

 

CUSTOM ITEMS   A CUSTOM ITEM IS ANY ITEM THAT IS DESIGNED PERSONALLY ACCORDING TO YOUR SPECIFICATION ALLOWING SPECIFIC INSTRUCTION AS TO HOW THIS DESIGN IS SUPPOSE TO BE CONSTRUCTED. CUSTOM ORDERS CANNOT BE COMBINED WITH ANY OTHER ITEMS IN A LAYAWAY AGREEMENT. EACH INDIVIDUAL CUSTOM PIECE THAT IS ORDERED REQUIRES A SEPARATE AGREEMENT TO BE SIGNED. IF YOU PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER, WE WILL BEGIN WORK ON YOUR ORDER WHEN YOU HAVE PAID AT LEAST 50% OF THE BALANCE (INCLUDING THE INITIAL DEPOSIT). BEFORE YOU HAVE PAID 50% OF YOUR BALANCE, YOU HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO AMEND OR CANCEL YOUR CUSTOM ORDER. IF YOU CANCEL YOUR ORDER PRIOR TO PAYING 50% OF THE BALANCE YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FOR YOUR INITIAL DEPOSIT AND ANY SUBSEQUENT PAYMENTS YOU HAVE MADE THUS FAR.

 

AFTER 50% OF YOUR OUTSTANDING BALANCE HAS BEEN PAID, YOU LOSE THE RIGHT TO AMEND YOUR ORDER. IF YOU SHOULD WISH TO CANCEL YOUR CUSTOM ORDER AFTER YOU HAVE PAID 50% OF THE BALANCE, YOU LOSE THE RIGHT TO RECEIVE ANY COMPENSATION, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, A REFUND, STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE

 

MODIFICATION TO LAYAWAY ORDERS   IF YOU SHOULD WISH TO MODIFY YOUR ORIGINAL LAYAWAY ORDER IN ANY WAY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, REMOVING AN ITEM, ADDING AN ITEM, OR PICKING UP AN ITEM PRIOR TO THE FINAL PAYMENT DUE DATE, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO ENTER A NEW LAYAWAY AGREEMENT WHICH WILL REFLECT THOSE CHANGES. UPON MODIFICATION TO YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER AND AFTER A NEW LAYAWAY AGREEMENT HAS BEEN CREATED, THE PREVIOUS LAYAWAY AGREEMENT SHALL BE CANCELLED AND RENDERED UNENFORCEABLE. ALL MODIFICATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL BY SAHRAH’S

 

REFUND POLICY   A LAYAWAY ORDER WILL BE FORFEITED IF THE CUSTOMER FAILS TO PAY A MINIMUM MONTHLY PAYMENT BY THE END OF THE GRACE PERIOD THAT IS ALLOTTED AFTER THE DUE DATE IN WHICH TO MAKE THE MINIMUM PAYMENT. UPON FORFEIT OF THE LAYAWAY, ANY AND ALL ITEMS WITHIN THE LAYAWAY ORDER WILL BE RETURNED TO STOCK. THE INITIAL DEPOSIT AND ANY SUBSEQUENT PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. A STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED IF THE ITEM (S) QUALIFIES FOR SUCH COMPENSATION. FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT STORE CREDIT, SEE PARAGRAPHS ENTITLED “FORFEITED LAYAWAY” AND “CUSTOM ITEMS”
